Awards Gala

5pm-6:45pm Red Carpet - Dress code is “Dress like a Star” festive

• Be as formal or as relaxed as you want- Be YOU!

Daily

9:15-9:50am Morning Mixer - coffee, tea, light pastries.

6pm-8pm Evening Mixer -  before the evening screening

• no host bar for drinks and snacks

Parking

• If you or your guests are driving, please note parking is $15

  • No in and out privileges.

• The easiest entrance to the parking garage is located off of Melrose at:

8687 Melrose Ave, West Hollywood, CA 90069 (Google Maps)

 

Meals at the Festival

• The hotels are providing complimentary coffee and tea in your rooms.

• The Pacific Design Center is about a 15-30 minute walk from restaurants or coffee shops.   

  • Just note that in West Hollywood and Beverly Hills, most meals are $15-$25 (and up) plus tip and tax.

  • On-site: There is a small food truck in the atrium of the building open from 10am to 2pm, serving breakfast burritos, burgers and french fries.

• Our team will be hiring a caterer to provide lunch and dinner meals for our staff, vendors, and volunteers.

  • You may buy a lunch and/or dinner package and eat with us. Must be purchased by Wednesday April 10 midnight PST, and can’t be added later.

    • Per person cost for the lunch package - $75 (Wed, Friday, Sat) 

    • Per person cost for dinner package- $75 (Wed, Thur, Friday)
